Meraki is a wedding-planning workspace and digital invitation builder for couples in Indonesia. The two partners plan together: events, tasks, the budget, vendors, the rundown, seserahan and family attire, notes and decisions, private files, and a digital invitation with a personal link and RSVP per guest. The app and invitations are available in Indonesian (the default) and English. Plans are paid once per wedding, with no subscription: Free (Rp0), Plus (Rp149,000) and Premium (Rp299,000). Meraki doesn't provide staff on the day. - **Can we start without a date or a venue?** Yes. Planning accepts "not sure yet" and incomplete details. Only publishing an invitation needs the complete event details your guests will see. - **Can we just make an invitation?** Yes. You can create and publish an invitation without answering planning questions or buying a plan. - **We already use a spreadsheet. Do we have to move everything?** No. Start with the part that helps most and add records over time. Guest lists can be imported from a CSV file or pasted from Excel or Google Sheets; other records are added by hand. - **Do guests need an account?** No. Guests open the invitation from a link on their phone and reply without signing up. ### Plans and payment - **What's free?** The wedding overview, checklist and tasks, and the invitation with 12 free themes, guests, CSV import, RSVP per event and wishes. A free invitation stays online until one year after the final published event ends (or starts, if no end is set). A paid-plan reversal can move this date to 30 days after the last paid plan is lost. - **What's the difference between Plus and Premium?** Plus (Rp149,000) is the complete invitation: 27 more themes, styling on every theme, no Meraki logo, gift details (bank accounts and QRIS), the gift registry, YouTube videos and a wedding kept online for good. Premium (Rp299,000) includes everything in Plus and adds the planning workspace: notes and decisions, a budget with contributions and wedding savings, vendor contacts, event rundowns with a live link, seserahan and family attire lists, private file storage, comments and the ability to create up to 5 separate invitation websites per wedding. - **Is it a subscription?** No. Plus and Premium are paid once per wedding. Only the custom domain add-on, once it's available, is paid per year, and you renew it yourself; nothing is charged automatically. - **Can our invitation have its own domain?** Your invitation can have its own address, like bimadanayu.com, with .com, .wedding, .love and more. It's paid yearly and the price is shown before you pay; renewal is optional and never automatic. Your meraki.id address keeps working. - **Can we move from Plus to Premium later?** Yes. You pay the difference, Rp150,000, and keep everything you've made. - **Does Meraki pay our vendors?** No. Payments in the budget are records you enter yourselves; Meraki doesn't send, hold or verify money. ### Sharing and privacy - **Can family and vendors edit our plan?** Only the two of you work on the plan: the wedding's owner and one partner. Family and vendors can open a rundown you share by link, read only. Writing someone's name in a note doesn't give them access. - **What's the difference between the rundown link and the PDF?** Each event's live link always shows the latest saved rundown, read only and without an account, and you can replace it or turn it off. A PDF stays the version you printed. Private notes never appear in either, and neither publishes your invitation. - **Are our documents public?** No. Planning documents are private to the two of you. Files are encrypted before they're stored (managed encryption, not end-to-end), and support has no way to open them. - **How long is our wedding kept?** On Free, invitations close one year after the final published event ends (start if no end is set). You can view and export privately for another year before deletion. After a late paid-plan reversal, both dates may become 30 days after the last paid plan is lost, so private retention can be less than a year. Both members receive email 30 and 7 days before each date. Download one archive in Settings; it lasts 7 days.
